报告摘要：

I will talk about recent developments related to the black hole information paradox (BHIP) and the factorization puzzle. The talk will be divided into two parts. The first part is an overview of recent progress. I will introduce the basic ideas of the island formula, doubly-holographic model, replica wormhole, and the factorization puzzle. In the second part, I will discuss a possible solution to the factorization puzzle when different degenerate vacua are allowed in the theory. The different vacua are further understood as different saddle points in the dual Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model, which suggest that the factorization puzzle arises because of the ignorance of possible saddle-point contributions in the Euclidean path integral.

报告人简介：

程鹏，2017年硕士毕业于兰州大学，2021年博士毕业于荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学。2021年至今，由中国博士后交流引进计划引进至天津大学继续研究工作，任助理研究员。目前主要研究方向为黑洞物理，全息原理和引力理论。
